Getting ready

Exclusive hire of  Thetford Farm Barn comes with additional preperation time to allow you to relax into your day. Take your time to get ready with our oversized private bridal dressing room and ensuite bathroom. What could be better than a glass of champagne with your bridesmaids before your big moment.

For the groomsmen we have The Hayloft. A beautifully designed space with classic leather Chesterfield sofa’s and large snooker table. Perfect for a relaxing tipple or two.

A large luxury ceremony

Over 200 years old, Thetford Farm Barn has been expertly restored in keeping with it’s charm and character. Beautifully understated, it’s appearance is natural and rustic with exposed brick work and original beams.

Style as you wish with floral chandeliers and fresh floral cascades. The grandure of the main Ceremony Hall creates an unforgettable setting, perfect for the front page of a magazine.

The guestlist

Completely descreet, Thetford Farm Barn is a private venue located away from crowds and any close passing traffic. Completely private the venue itself has the capacity for upto 200 seated guests for your ceremony. With additional marquee’s allowing for 400+ guests for your wedding reception.

There is no need to compromise on your wedding day. At Thetford Farm Barn, whether it is an entourage of caterers, decorators or planners, we have ample space ‘behind the scenes’ to keep any logistical requirements away from your guests.

Conviently located just off the A15, Thetford Farm Barn is an easily accessable venue. Approximately 20 minutes from Stamford and Peterborough station, it is a train ride from anywhere.

Once your guests arrive at the couples courtyard they will make their way through the double height doors to gather in antisipation. From there your driver can return to our private car parking area with space for over 120 vehicles.

Coach parties are welcome and we recomend booking in advance with The Coach Company.

The wedding breakfast

The Dining Room allows for 180 seated guests for your wedding breakfast. With views onto the private courtyard garden, the Dining Room room is beaming with natural light. This additional courtyard space that can be utalised with marquees to opened up the area to accommodate for a much larger wedding parties.

With a fizz bar perfect for your champagne reception and a dance floor. We can offer you versatility in your plans to allow you to format your day in your own unique way.

Alfresco dining in our private courtyard or under the cover of a marquee, this space will allow for complete versatility in an adaptable wedding barn venue where almost anything is possible.
