Pete Smith – Maintenance Manager
Pete is responsible for all the building maintenance and repair over our estate properties including Thetford Farm Barn at Baston. Pete joined the team in 2021, and is a safe pair of hands for any maintenance that is required to ensure your time with us runs smoothly!
Germaine Stribling – Hospitality Operations Manager
Responsible for project managing the restoration and building work. Germaine joined the business in 2013 as the manager of our award-winning pub, The White Horse. Now Germaine is transferring her skills to oversee the project development and preparation of the venue ready for our first guests. Reviving her previous role as a wedding planner, Germaine will be on site to meet new couples and ensure they have all the information they need to make their day perfect.
Jo-Anne Richardson – The Owner
Jo-Anne is responsible for the vision and creative direction of the business and is always excited to meet new couples to hear their story. Jo-Anne and her late husband Mark moved to the family farm in Baston in 2002. With 3 daughters and an old barn, the idea of a wedding venue was never far from their minds. Here to help couples bring their plans into fruition, Jo-Anne believes that no meeting is complete without tea, coffee, and an all-important freshly home baked cake, especially when planning the wedding of your dreams.
Sian Diacond – Marketing Manager
Sian is responsible for all things marketing and bringing Thetford Farm Barn to life across all channels and social media. Sian joined the team at the same time as Germaine, working closely with her as front of house manager at The White Horse. With an infectious enthusiasm and a passion for people, Sian is the perfect person to meet new couples here at Thetford Farm Estate, working closely with Germaine on day to day contacts. A real dream team.
Trina Britton – Commercial, Operations and Finance Director
Trina is responsible for the overall management of the estate including our arable farm! Joining the business in 2016. An inspirational team leader, Trina has a passion for agronomy, and environmental innovations. With a love of learning and a belief in professional and personal wellbeing, Trina is the perfect person to ensure the team have all they need to deliver the best experience possible for all our wedding guests.
