Why we love Adam and the team
Based in Lincoln since 2010, they are a well-established company that caters for up to 9 weddings a day in high season, a large team for whom scale is not a problem. They have consistently raised the bar and pushed the boundaries of what can be achieved in some of the most challenging environments whilst cooking and serving fantastic food.
The team has significant experience with catering at all sorts of venues; from a marquee in a field to delivering from an existing kitchen.
Adam Wesley the owner and founder has worked in Michelin starred restaurants and wanted the freedom to set up on his own. He worked at the iconic Gleneagles Hotel, also for Simon Rogan at L’Enclume in Cumbria.
Jacob Morris is the Food and Beverage Operations Director. Rich Hines is the General Manager.
Why we love Millie and the team
A well established, Leicestershire based, company with a great reputation used to catering for over 400 guests.
They have experience with a breadth of sectors including weddings, royalty, corporate customers and large parties. We can see how carefully they manage their clients’ wishes with an approachable and hands on style.
They have a strong management team with Millie Trifunovic, the owner working closely with her sister Ilijana. James Barber is the Executive Chef, his true passion is to create traditional flavours with a modern twist.
B&R dining is a wedding & events caterer, bringing creativity, experience and a warm generous hospitality to their events. Guests will be wowed by the beautiful presentation, all served in a relaxed professional manner by their own wonderful staff.
Why we love Peter and Denise
The team of Peter McAleese as chef and Denise front of house, has been based in March, Cambridgeshire since 2017. They are easy to work with and have a lovely sociable way. They are a small company, with a very personal approach entirely tailored to the client. They work to explore different ideas and ensure the client’s personalities and dreams are reflected in the menu, timings and the styling of the day.
Events manager is Jacob, a bundle of happiness and helpfulness. Confident and puts all couples at ease.
Why we have chosen Manoj and team
They are experts in very large events that are looking for more Asian style food, this is their speciality.
They are experienced at either buffet, sharing platters or table service to suit the client.
Manoj Kumar is one of chefs and the Director. He cooks with his brother Suresh.
Why we have chosen to work with Simon
Simon is a very experienced chef, works in the local area and has developed close relationships with the best suppliers. He specialises in more intimate weddings, ideally catering for 80-100 guests.
Working with Simon himself, he will help you curate your bespoke menu and cook at your event himself. He prides himself on a personal service to ensure he fully understands your ideas, helping bring them to life on your big day.
