The Dining room is an extension of the original barns and has floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the enclosed courtyard. This is a free-flowing space to lay your tables as you wish and can be extended with additional marquees over the courtyard area not only allowing you the space but the flexiblity to use the space in a way that suits you best.

Thetford Farm Barn is a completely private, and exclusive space for you to decorate as you wish. The interior, lighting and landscaping have been designed specifically to enhance the aesthetics of your day. This together with the original and individually tailored layout, allows versatility for both open and intimate spaces. Additional step away spaces including The Hayloft, The White Horse Bar and The Wildflower Meadow are all within easy reach to steal a moment alone.
Is there guest accommodation?
We are pleased to be able to offer a beautiful guesthouse in the village of Baston that can accommodate up to 10 people. With luxurious hotels available right on our doorstep, we have compiled a shortlist of exceptional places to stay including, The William Cecil and The George in Stamford, and The Fletland Mill in Baston. All offer unique, comfortable and luxurious accommodation. From September 2025, there will be a newly renovated Honeymoon suite and four luxury double rooms on site.
